Specialized in Art Direction from EICTV - Escuela Internacional de Cine y Television in Cuba and Bachelor in Performing Arts from UFBA - Federal University of Bahia in Brazil, Fernanda Beling is a multidisciplinary artist, who works in different artistic languages, in the fields of audiovisual, performing and visual arts.
Interested in a multidisciplinary artistic dialogue and inspired by her versatility, Fernanda - who began her career as a theater actress and later moved to Cinema - has been expanding her research by progressively flirting with the Visual Arts and Dance. From this internal investigation, partnerships with other artists emerged, such as in the project "Mur[r]us", by Marie Thauront; the development of the solo "Ermo", within the project "Mitografia" by Cia Taanteatro/SP and the creation of the performance "Disorder", in partnership with the visual artist VJ Selene.

In the audiovisual sector, in addition to working as an actress, Fernanda also works in the Direction and Art departments, which is the sector responsible for the entire visual aesthetics of the film, involving scenography, objects, costumes and makeup. In this way, the artist participated in projects spanning between cinema, television and advertising, including being awarded her first international award as Production Desing, at the Five Continents International Film Festival Venezuela, for the film "Sarmaga", by Jon Lewis.

Pandemic and social isolation
With the outbreak of the global pandemic and social isolation being the best way to avoid the spread and spread of COVID-19, several social issues were and continue to be highlighted in an extremely impactful way. For weeks, sensations, reflections, perceptions and findings poignantly crossed Fernanda's artistic sensibility, which began to exude them, spilling over into various artistic manifestations, carried out under a quarantine regime.
